All our mithais are handcrafted fresh to order using premium ingredients. Once an order is placed, it is immediately scheduled for production, and therefore cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order details, including delivery address, date, and quantity, before final confirmation.

No Cancellations or Refunds

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
• We will not be liable for delays or damages during delivery due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or incorrect address details.

Order Quality

Every sweet is freshly prepared with care. In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may review and address it at our discretion.
Our decision in such cases will be final.
