Exchange & Replacement

As our mithais are made fresh daily and perishable in nature, we do not offer exchanges or replacements once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the case and respond accordingly.
